Please note that NexLearn does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

1. Personalized products
2. Used Training Packages
3. Used Support Packages
4. Downloadable Media Packets

You may return downloaded software purchased within the first 90 days of ownership by uninstalling software from your computer and contacting support at 1-877-265-2170.  You must have your software key ready for reference.  A refund will be issued within 5 business days
